Haute Couture Fashion Week Fall 2009 Winter 2010 showed some wedding dresses. We could see some trends:

Givenchy
Beading - Lacroix, Largerfeld and many other designers featured beautiful hand beading as a strong feature in many of their designs.

Elie Saab

Dior
Texture – Beading was just one of the ways that designers sought to add texture to their creations, and there was an abundance of lace overlay, frills, layers and volume in many of the skirts on display.

Chanel
Short – Many of the most dramatic skirts were shorter ones, suggesting this the current bridalwear trend is here to stay for at least another season.
Gaultier
Contrast - Black velvet on white satin was a recurring theme, with black and white stripes, bows and beads proving especially popular with Karl Largerfeld and others.
